EVERYBODY OUT! Pub chain takes its ban seriously. I’ll be Interrupting my dinner party this evening at 9.30pm to discuss Swearing with Adrian Goldberg, on BBC Radio 5 Live, since the owner of the 300-strong chain, 72-year-old Humphrey Smith, introduced a no-swearing policy at every one of his establishments, and last week it was enforced in dramatic fashion at one of his pubs…… !
